摘 要:以某乘用车前悬架双筒叠加阀片式充气液压减振器为研究对象,通过对其工作原理进行分析,建立该减振器在各种工况下的数学模型。基于该减振器的数学模型,在多领域系统仿真分析软件AMESim中搭建其详细的仿真草图模型。考虑到叠加阀片的非线性弹性特性,根据叠加阀片的等效厚度计算公式,在有限元分析软件Abaqus中建立阀片的有限元模型,仿真得出阀片受力与变形曲线,再将曲线数据导入AMESim模型中进行系统仿真。仿真结果表明,减振器速度特性曲线和示功图与试验数据吻合良好,符合工程实际要求,证明所建AMESim模型的正确性。基于AMESim模型研究该减振器的气体反弹力、活塞缝隙和常通节流孔等几个关键设计参数对减振器阻尼特性的影响,并得出几个重要的结论。仿真模型可用于指导减振器的关键参数的设计与性能预测。The gas-precharged dual-sleeve shock absorber with multiple valve plates of a passenger car is submitted to study. A mathematical model which includes all kinds of cases is built based on the working principle of the shock absorber, A detailed simulation sketch model is built using the multi-domain system simulation software-AMESim based on the mathematical model of the given shock absorber. According to the equivalent thickness formula of superposition throttle-slices, a finite element method model of the multiple valve plates in the shock absorber is built using Abaqus considering the non-liner features in the deformation of the valve plates. The deformation curve with varied force applied on the valve plates is acquired in abaqus. Further, an advanced simulation model focusing on the entire shock absorber system is built in AMESim using the data gathered in the previous simulation in Abaqus. The simulation indicates that the velocity performance curve and the indicator diagram acquired from the model fit well compared with those from the testing data, and the simulation model is considered to be correct and meets actual requirements. In the last part, the affection on the performance of the shock absorber caused by gas resilience, piston aperture and liquid-filled piping is studied, and several important conclusions are reached. The simulation model can be used as a performance forecast and key parameters design of the shock absorber.
