中晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗的临床疗效。方法我院56例经病理确诊的Ⅱb-Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者，随机分为观察组28例和对照组28例，观察组放疗同时予加用化疗，对照组仅单纯放疗，对两组的治疗效果指标进行比较分析。结果观察组近期完全缓解率及总有效率明显提高，与对照组相比有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效确切，可明显提高患者近期缓解率，是中晚期宫颈癌理想的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the Advanced cancer of cervic. Methods Fifty-six cases patients denifited by pathology with midlate stage cervical carcinoma were devided randomly into observe group and control group, and 28 patients in each group, the observed group received chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy, and the control group received radiotherapy simply, then the results were analysis. Results The CR rate and total effective rate in observe group were obviously higher than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions The effection of chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of terminal cervical carcinoma were definite, could raise the effective rate, which can be the ideal method for terminal cervical carcinoma.
