摘　　要：研究胶版印刷机印刷压力与油墨转移率的关系,根据实验基础,得出每种印刷纸张在不同压力下的油墨的转移率;再运用MATLAB软件将印刷压力与油墨转移率进行拟合,得出其关系图以及曲线方程,可为实际印刷生产过程中找出最佳的印刷压力、得到油墨的最大转移率提供理论支持。In the paper, the relationship of printing pressure and ink-transfer rates was studied. Based on the experiment, the ink-transfer rates on several printing paper were found out under the different printing pressure. The MATLAB software was used to fit the data for the relation curve equation between the printing pressure and ink-transfer rates. According to the consequence, the theoretical support can be offered by getting the best pressure and higher ink transfer rates in the practical production.
