摘　　要：在医学院校应用心理学专业发展中提出实用型人才培养模式是基于应用心理学专业知识特点、社会为应用心理学专业发展所提供的社会基础以及医学院院校应用心理学发展困境。医学院校应用心理学专业实用型人才培养模式的目标确定为培养"完整的人"、"独特的人"和"有用的人"。The practical talents cultivation mode was proposed during the development of applied psychology specialty of medical col- lege. This is based on the psychology knowledge characteristics, the social foundation and the specialty development predicament. The target of practical talents cultivation of the applied psychology specialty is identified as whole person, unique person and useful person.
