社区医务人员精神疾病个案管理工作培训课程设置探析

摘　　要：目前各个国家及地区越来越重视个案管理在社区精神疾病患者中的有效实施。2013年5月我国精神卫生法出台,将大力推动社区精神卫生服务。但目前社区卫生中心工作人员缺乏个案管理服务的专业知识和实践机会。在医院社区一体化理念倡导下,北京大学第六医院初步建立了对社区医务人员精神疾病个案管理培训课程及考核体系。研究结果显示,培训课程的合理性和有效性较好。At present, more and more country and region pay attention to effective implementation of mental health case management in community level. China mental health law had been acted at May 2013, this law will strongly promote the community mental health service. But now the health work in community center lacks case management knowledge and practice opportunities. Following the idea of integrating hospital and community, the Six Hospital of Peking University preliminarily has established the system for training the community medical worker for mental health case management. The result shows that the teaching program is reasonable and effective.
