摘　　要：以通用试卷分析软件的核心模块为例,介绍了异构表中数据采集与组库的设计方案。该方案巧妙地使用VBA技术从包含试卷分析指标的异构表数据文件和Web中提取行政班试卷数据,动态组建教学班试卷数据库,实现了通用试卷分析软件的通用、动态、高效和共享的特性。运用Excel VBA技术开发通用试卷分析软件,解决了独立学院教学管理改革与发展方面的难题,提高了教师试卷分析的工作效率,满足各类高校试卷分析的需要,加快了高校实现信息化管理的步伐。With core modules of general test analysis software as examples,the paper introduces the design scheme of data acquisition and grouping of heterogeneous tables. The scheme uses VBA technology to extract examination paper data of administrative class from heterogeneous data table files and Web which include paper analysis indexes, and then forms a dynamic class paper database. It shows the general, dynamic ,efficient and sharing characteristics of general test analysis software. Application of VBA technology in the development of test analysis software helps to solve the problems in teaching management reform and the development of independent colleges, improves teachers＇ working efficiency in paper analysis, meets the needs of test analysis and enhances the information management of colleges and universities.
