摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,高等学校毕业生人数逐年大幅增长,使得大学生就业形势日益严峻,而对于中国高校生源占绝对优势的农村大学生,由于其可利用的社会资本相对匮乏等因素,就业状况更加不容乐观。本文通过对河北省十一地市1783名农村籍大学毕业生工作、生活状况的实证调查,了解当前社会转型期大学毕业生的生存状况,反映大学毕业生在就业过程中的问题和诉求,探究新形势下做好大学人才培养、就业机制的有效方法,以及推动高校和政府对大学毕业生就业服务体系的不断完善。With the rapid development of higher education, the number of college ,graduates increases sharply year by year which results in the increasingly serious employment situation of college graduates. The employment status is not optimistic especially to the rural college students. Though they take definite advantage in the students＇resource, they cannot utilize much of the social capital. Based on the empirical investigation of the working and living situation of 1783 rural post - 80 generation college graduates in 11 cities of Hebei Province, this research analyses the living conditions of college graduates in the current transitional period and reveals problems and demands in employment. The research aims at finding the ef-fective ways to improve talent training and employment mechanism, and urge the government and univer-sities to further promote the employment service system of college zraduates.
