摘  要:农药残留检测中,因样品基质的多样性和复杂性,对于含量低的待测成分的测定,样品前处理技术直接影响测定结果的准确度和精密度。传统的处理技术已无法满足现代农残检测标准和绿色化学的要求,分子印迹技术因其具有特异性和选择性的独特优势而被应用于农药残留分析中,能高选择性地分离分析复杂样品中的目标农药分子,显著提高了检测准确度和精密度。文章对农药检测中分子印迹技术在固相萃取、固相微萃取以及化学传感器等方面的应用进行了综述并展望。In the detection of the pesticide residues, due to the diversity and complexity of the sample matrix, sample pretreatment technique directly affects the accuracy and precision of the measurement results in the determination of low levels of analyte. Traditional pretreatment technique can not satisfy the requirements of modern standards for pesticide analysis and green chemistry. However, because of its unique advantages such as specificity and selectivity for pesticide residue analysis, molecular imprinting technique may separate target pesticide molecules from complex samples, and may significantly improve the accuracy and precision of detection. In this paper, the progress of molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE), molecularly imprinted solid-phase micro-extraction (MI-SPME) and chemosensor technology in the research on pesticide detection is reviewed. Their applications and prospective development are also discussed.
