准分子激光角膜前弹力层下磨镶术矫治近视临床效果分析

摘　　要：【摘要】目的探讨准分子激光角膜前弹力层下磨镶术（SBK）矫治近视的临床效果。方法回顾性分析SBK115例（228眼）的术后3个月的裸眼视力（UCVA）、最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、屈光度。术后观察角膜知觉的恢复时间、出现干眼情况等。结果术后3个月UCVA0．8～1．5，平均1．12±0．19。222眼（97．37％）UCVA≥1．0。113眼（49．56％）UCVA≥1．2。术后3个月所有术眼最佳矫正视力均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。术后3个月等效球镜度（SE）为-0．65±0．97D，平均为（0．15±0．41）D，SE均在±1．00D之间，其中92．54％≤0．5D。术后角膜知觉的恢复时间为术后3个月左右，术眼术后干眼症状极轻，不需长期滴用人工泪液。结论SBK矫治近视有很好的预测性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sub-Bowman keratomileusis （SBK） for myopia. Methods The uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA）, best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, refrac- tive condition, recovery time of corneal sensation and occurrence of dry eye were retrospectively analyzed in 228 eyes of 115 cases undergoing SBK at 3 months after surgery. Results The UCVA were 0.8 - 1.5 （mean 1.12±0.19） at 3 months after surgery. The UCVA were ≥1.0 in 222 eyes （97.37%） and ≥1.2 in 113 eyes （49.56%）. The BCVA were better than UCVA in all cases at 3 months after surgery. The spherical equivalent （SE） refraction were （ -0.65 ±0.97 ） D （mean 0.15 ± 0.41 D） in all cases and 92.54% cases had SE at ≤0.5D. The recovery time of corneal sensation was about 3 months after surgery. The dry eye condition was very slight which did not need long-time artificial tear treatment. Conclusion SBK can correct myopia with high predictability, efficacy and safety.
