摘　　要：随着服务外包产业发展,软件服务外包行业对软件人才在ITSS方面提出了更高的要求,针对目前高职软件服务外包实训教学在标准化、流程化、实战性方面存在的瓶颈问题,本文从高职软件服务外包实训体系优化、实训项目载体选取、实训教学内容设计等方面,详细阐述了优化软件服务外包标准化实训体系、整合实训内容、设计工作过程项目化流程的过程,以不断提高实训教学效果。As the development of service outsourcing industry, software service outsourcing indtastry requires increasing software talents in terms of ITSS. In view of the bottleneck problem in standardization, process, pra^tical aspects of the cur- rent higher vocational software service outsourcing training, this paper elaborates on optimization of training system of soft- ware service outsourcing standard, integration of training contents, process of design work in order to improve the practice teaching effect, from the software service outsourcing training system optimization, carrier selection of training project, training teaching content design etc.
