84例上消化道出血药物治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析奥美拉唑对治疗上消化道出血的作用与疗效。方法:回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的急性上消化道出血患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者有42例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察和比较两组的上消化道出血临床疗效。结果:按制定的标准评价观察组和对照组的临床治疗效果。观察组显效19例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%;对照组显效12例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率73.81%。两组疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血具有重要的作用,具有较好的临床价值,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective：Discussion and analysis of omeprazole on digestive tract induced-altitude treatment.Method： According to the established criteria to evaluate the observation group and the control group in the clinical treatment effect.
