摘　　要：构建辅导员科研创新团队是实现辅导员专业化成长的内在要求。当前要树立共同愿景,注重团队学习与自我超越,注重系统思考与改变心智模式,以利于提升辅导员的理论研究和实践创新能力。The construction of counselors＇ scientific research team is the inner demands of counselors＇ self professional growth. At present, we should foster common vision, and attach importance to group learning and self-transcendence, systematic thinking and transformation of mind to promote their theoretical research and creative ability.
