摘　　要：目的探讨中国江苏省宜兴地区汉族人群中Wnt-1诱导分泌蛋白2(WISP2)基因rs2281862位点C>T多态性与胃癌预后的关系。方法应用TaqMan探针的RT-PCR法检测952例胃癌患者的基因型,分析不同基因型与胃癌预后的关系。结果与WISP2基因rs2281862位点CC基因型相比,合并突变基因型TC和TT与胃癌的预后无显著相关性(P>0.05)。Lauren分型与胃癌患者的预后相关:与合并基因型CC和TC相比,在肠型胃癌患者中,TT型患者的预后危险性下降(P<0.05),而在弥漫型胃癌患者中,TT型患者的预后危险性增加(P<0.05)。结论中国江苏省宜兴地区汉族人群WISP2基因rs2281862位点与胃癌预后无关;TT基因型是肠型胃癌患者的保护性因素,但也是弥漫型胃癌患者的危险性因素。Objective To explore the association of WISP2 gene rs2281862C〉T polymorphism and the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer in Yixing city. Methods WISP2 rs2281862 was genotyped using TaqMan method in 952 patients with gastric cancer after surgery. The relationship between different genotypes and the prognosis was analyzed. Results Compared with the wild-type CC homozygote, no significant association was observed between the prognosis of gastric＇cancer and the combined variant genotypes （ TC ＋ TT） （ P〉0.05 ）. Compared to the combined genotype （ CC ＋ TC）, TT genotype was significantly associated with a decreased survival in the intestinal-type gastric cancer（P〈0. 05）, but with an increased survival in the diffuse-type gastric cancer （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is no significant association between the WISP2 rs2281862C〉T polymorphism and the prognosis of gastric cancer. TT genotype is a protective factor for intestinabtype gastric cancer, meanwhile a hazardous factor for diffuse-type gzastric cancer in Yixin2 population.
