摘  要:目的评价超声、x线钼靶及超声、x线钼靶联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经本院穿刺活检或手术病理证实的52例乳腺癌患者资料,全部病例均进行了手术前的超声、X线钼靶检查。结果超声诊断乳腺癌42例,诊断符合率为80.75%;X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌44例,诊断符合率为84.61%;两者联合诊断乳腺癌49例,诊断符合率为94.23%,较2种方法单独使用诊断率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声与x线钼靶均为筛查和诊断乳腺癌的主要手段,两者联合应用可提高乳腺癌的检出及正确诊断率。Objective To compare the effectiveness of the ultrasonography and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and to assess the value of these modalities as well as the combination of the two methods. Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 ca- ses of breast cancer have been confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology, all of these patients were examined with ultrasound and mammography before operation. Results Ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer in 42 cases, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 80.75%; mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer in 44 eases, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 84.61%; combination of both methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer in 49 cases, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.23%, compared with two kinds of methods used alone diagnosis rate increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Both ul- trasound and mammography are the primary means in the diagnosis of breast cancer, combing with the two measures can improve the rate of detection and correct diagnosis of breast cancer.
