肝细胞癌组织KISS-1和E-cadherin表达临床意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤抑制因子KISS-1蛋白和钙黏蛋白E-cadherin在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测30例肝细胞癌组织和20例正常肝脏组织中KISS-1蛋白和E-cadherin的表达。结果:在肝细胞癌组织和正常肝脏组织中,KISS-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为26.7%(8/30)和65.0%(13/20),差异有统计学意义,χ2=7.239,P=0.070;E-cadherin阳性表达率分别为33.3%(10/30)和100.0%(20/20),差异有统计学意义,χ2=21.402,P=0.000。低未分化、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移的肝细胞癌组织中KISS-1与E-cadherin的表达水平均低于高中分化、Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移;且两者表达呈显著正相关,r=0.373,P<0.05。结论:KISS-1蛋白和E-cadherin的异常表达可能与肝细胞癌的发生及浸润转移有密切关系。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of KISS-1 and E-cadherin in hepatoceI lular carcinoma tissues. METHODS： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KISS 1 and E-cadherin in 30 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of normal liver tissues. RESULTS：The positive rate of KISS-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues was 26. 7% （8/30） and 65. 0% （13/20） respectively, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （X2 = 7.2：39, P=0. 070） ;The positive rate of E-cadherin in hep- atoeellular carcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues was 33. 3 % （10/30） and 100. 0%（20/20） respectively, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （X2 = 21. 402, P= 0. 000）;The expressions of KISS-1 and E-cadherin were lower in poor differentiation,stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and lymphatic than that in well and moderate differentiation, stage I -- lI ,and nolymphatic,and expression of KISS-1 was positively related to E cadherin （r=0. 373,P〈0.05）. CON- CLUSION： The abnormal expression of KISS-1 and E-cadherin may play important roles in the process of development and metastasis of hepatoeellular carcinoma.
