新建本科院校教学质量保证体系的构建研究——以贺州学院为例

摘　　要：新建本科院校是我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转型期的产物,在办学理念和人才培养上不同于传统的高等院校,因而在教学管理模式上有着显著的差别。教学质量作为高校办学的生命线,同样也是新建本科院校研究的重点。通过对当前高等教育教学改革所面临的的形式及教学质量保证体系构建的重要性进行分析,以新建本科院校贺州学院为例,构建符合应用型人才培养模式的教学质量保证体系,为贺州学院完善教学管理,提升教学质量提供一定的指导作用。As the result of the transition from elite education to mass education, newly - established Universities differ from the traditional ones in many aspects, such as school - running conception, personnel training and especially the model of teaching management. Functioning as lifeline of universities, teaching quality is one of the most significant study projects in newly - established Universities. Based upon the general survey of higher education teaching reform and the importance of the construction of the system of high teaching quality, a case study of Hezhou University shows that the construction of the system of high teaching quality which conforms to the model of applied talent training can he benefit for both the perfection of teaching management and the promotion of teaching quality.
