摘 要:目的:观察黄芪三参饮(Huang Qi San Shen Yin,HQSSY)不同剂量及作用时限对小鼠小肠隐窝的效应。方法:选取健康昆明种小鼠100只,随机分为2组,50只连续给药2周,50只连续给药4周。两组又均分为空白组、低、中、高倍剂量组。实验组给予不同剂量的黄芪三参饮,而空白组予以等量的蒸馏水。在连续给药2周及4周后,检测各组小鼠血常规及小肠隐窝,分析最佳服药时间及剂量。结果:各组白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均无明显差异(P>0.05)。小肠隐窝数在2周给药组中,中倍剂量组与空白组存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其他各剂量浓度则无统计学差异(P>0.05);4周给药组中各剂量浓度组与空白组相比,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。相同剂量浓度时,服2周中药组与服4周中药组间小鼠存在统计学差异(P<0.05),中倍剂量浓度组存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明服2周中药中倍剂量组对促进隐窝细胞增殖作用最明显。结论:HQSSY对小鼠小肠隐窝有促再生作用,对放射性肠炎可能具有保护作用,为后续研究的药物剂量和服药时限提供依据。Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses and different time of Huang Qi San Shen Yin(HQSSY) on small intestinal crypts of mouse.Methods:Total of 100 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 mice were treated for 2 weeks and 50 mice were treated for 4 weeks.Both 2 groups were divided into control group(n=14),low dose group(n=12),middle dose group(n=12) and high dose group(n=12).The control group was given a gavage of distilled water of the same volume with the drug,and the three experimental groups were given different doses of HQSSY,which were 1,2 and 4 times of human dosage respectively.At the end of the experiment,routine blood and small intestinal crypts of mice were measured.Results:WBC,RBC,HB and PLT in each group were not significantly different(P0.05).Comparison of small intestinal crypts.In 50 mice after 2 weeks of treatment,there were statistical difference between the middle dose group and the control group(P0.05);Others had no statistical significance(P0.05).In 50 cases after 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,each dose concentration group had no statistical difference(P0.05).In the same dose concentration,there was statistical difference between the group of 2 weeks treatment and the group of 4 weeks treatment(P0.05),while the middle dose concentration groups had very significant difference(P0.01),which indicated that the group of 2 weeks treatment in middle dose HQSSY promote crypts cell proliferation obviously.Conclusion:HQSSY can promote the regeneration of small intestinal crypts of mice and prevent radioactive enteritis.This research can provide reliable basis for follow-up study.
