摘　　要：目的:探讨再生基因Ⅳ(RegⅣ)在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法:采用二步法免疫组化技术(Envision),检测RegⅣ蛋白在48例术前未经化疗的胃癌组织及正常胃黏膜中的表达。结果:48例胃癌组织中RegⅣ阳性表达23例,阳性率47.9%,在正常胃黏膜中无表达。RegⅣ蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关。结论:RegⅣ在胃癌组织中高表达,可能参与胃癌发生发展等过程并起作用。检测RegⅣ蛋白的表达对于判断胃癌预后有一定的价值。Objective：To investigate the clinicopathological significance of RegⅣ expression in gastric carcinoma.Methods：Immunohistochemical analysis of RegⅣ was performed in normal and gastric cancerous samples（n=48）.Results：Positive staining of RegⅣ was examined in 23 of 48 gastric cancerous tissues（47.9%）.However,no immunoreactivity of RegⅣ was detected in normal tissues.Statistical analysis showed that RegⅣ was significant associated with the histological grade,regional lymph nodes metastasis and pTNM stage（P0.05） in gastric cancer.Conclusion：RegⅣ was highly expressed in gastric cancerous tissues,it may be involved in the development of the gastric cancer and be helpful for prediction of patients＇ prognosis.
