摘　　要：目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1、Survivin和Ki-67表达情况并探讨其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中三者的表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67表达定位于细胞核,Survivin表达定位于细胞质,其阳性表达率分别为58.33%(35/60)、55.00%(33/60)和85.00%(51/60),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0、0、12.5%(4/32)(P<0.05)。三者的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin两者之间比较表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Survivin和Ki-67两者之间比较表达呈正相关(P<0.05),E2F-1和Ki-67两者之间比较未发现有相关性(P>0.05)。结论:E2F-1、Survivin和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。Objective：To determine the expression of E2F-1,Survivin and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma and the significance.Methods： To detect the expressions of E2F-1,Survivin and Ki-67 in 60 cases of endometrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue by immunohistochemistry S-P.Results：The expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 were located with the cell nucleus.The expressions of Survivin were located at Cytoplasm.The positive expression rates in cancer tissue were 58.33%（35/60）,55.00%（33/60）and 85.00%（51/60）which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue in 0,0,12.5%（4/32）（P0.05）.All of their expressions were related with lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stage and pathological staging（P0.05）.In endometrial carcinoma,he expressions of Survivin and Ki-67 were positively correlated with each other（P0.05）,the expressions of E2F-1 and Survivin were positively correlated with each other（P0.05）.Conclusion： E2F-1,Survivin and Ki-67 were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with the development and the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
