摘 要:目的:探讨放射治疗IGRT应用中不同匹配方式对治疗摆位精度的影响。方法:对10名头面部肿瘤患者和10名食管肿瘤患者分别采用对同一患者,在图像采集条件和方法、图像匹配区域、图像重建模式相同的条件下,观察20次重复摆位后,用CBCT采集图像信息,通过XVI系统分别采用骨和灰度两种模式与参考图像匹配得出数据,观察两种匹配方式对摆位精度的影响。结果:X、Y、Z三个方向上两组误差差异较大,在对头面部和食管肿瘤患者使用IGRT进行治疗时,图像匹配采用骨模式精度高。结论:对头面部肿瘤和食管肿瘤采用IGRT治疗时用骨匹配比用灰度匹配精度高。Objective:To explore the effects of different matching modes on target positioning precision in image guided radiation therapy(IGRT).Methods:Ten patients with head and facial tumors and ten patients with esophageal tumor were positioned twenty times for IGRT,respectively.Each time,the twenty patients were positioned under the same conditions of the image collecting conditions and method,the image matching area,and the image construction mode.After the positioning,images were collected by CBCT and matched with the reference images using the bone or greyscale mode via the XVI system.Based on the obtained data,the effects of the two matching modes on the target positioning precision were studied.Results:X,Y,Z three directions in two groups of error difference is bigger,in the butt face and esophageal cancer patients treated using IGRT,image matching using bone model precision.Conclusion:In IGRT for head and facial cancers and esophageal cancer,matching using the bone mode resulted in higher target positioning precision than matching using the greyscale mode.
