摘　　要：综述MMP-13与乳腺癌发生发展的关系,探讨MMP-13促进乳腺癌发生发展的作用机制。发现MMP-13通过促进肿瘤血管新生、活化细胞生长因子及降解细胞外基质等方式促进乳腺癌的发生发展。MMP-13的表达与乳腺癌临床预后密切相关,以其作为新的治疗靶点的实验研究正在进行中。MMP-13在不同分期乳腺癌中均有表达,临床试验证明MMP-13的表达增加与乳腺癌患者临床预后相关,但其表达及作用机制不尽相同。因此,开发新型高效的MMP-13抑制剂,靶向阻断其作用,有望为临床诊治提供新的思路。To review the relationship between MMP-13 and breast cancer,to investigate the mechanism of MMP-13 in the growth and development of breast cancer.The results showed that MMP-13 can stimulat breast cancer development by regulating many different manners including promoting tumors angiogenesis,activating cell growth factors,degrading extracellular matrix and other ways.MMP-13 has been reported to be associated with poor clinical outcome in breast cancer and clinical trails that using MMP-13 inhibitor is undergoing.MMP-13 is expressed in different stages of breast cancer.Clinical trials demonstrated that MMP-13 over expression was related to prognosis of breast cancer patient.However,the mechanism of MMP-13 in breast cancer is still unkonwn.It is very important to develop the specific and effective inhibitor of MMP-13 and the treatment of targeting MMP-13 may provide a novel pathway in the treatment of breast cancer.
