摘  要:目的:建立二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油外涂联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射诱导小鼠皮肤鳞状细胞癌(鳞癌)动物模型。方法:取120只健康小鼠,随机分为4组:A组(40只)外涂二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油,联合。NB-UVB照射;B组(40只)涂二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油;C组(20只)仅照射NB-UVB;D组(20只)仅外涂丙酮液。定期肉眼观察小鼠背部皮肤的变化,并于第5、15、20周统计各组存活小鼠数及荷瘤小鼠数,计算荷瘤率。20周时取肿瘤组织行组织病理检查,分别计算各组小鼠皮肤鳞癌的发生率。结果:第20周时A、B、C、D组小鼠荷瘤率分别为86.7%、66.7%、21.1%、0。鳞癌发生率分别为:56.7%、21.2%、0、0。A组与B组相比鳞癌发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外涂二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油联合NB-UVB较单独外涂二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油可以提高小鼠皮肤鳞癌的发生率。Objective: To establish an animal model of squamous cell carcinoma on the skin in mouse induced by rubbing chemical carcinogens (dimethyl anthracene/Croton benzene) and narrow band ultraviolet B irradiation. Method: One hundred and twenty healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: Group A was treated with nlb- bing chemical carcinogens, plus NB - UVB irradiation. Group B were treated with chemical carcinogens only. Group C was treated with NB - UVB irradiation only. Group D was treated with rubbing acetone only. Changes in mice dorsal skin were observed at regular time. The number of survival mice and tumor- bearing mice in each group was counted on weeks 5, 15 and 20. Biopsy was taken on weeks 20. Results: Tumor- bearing rates were 86.7%, 66.7%, 21.1% and 0 in group A, B, C and D, respectively. The incidence of squamous cell carcinoma in each group was 56.7%, 21.2%, 0 and 0. There were significant differences in the incidence of squamous cell carcino- ma between group A and other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Chemical carcinogens combined with narrow - spectnnn UVB (NB - UVB) irradiation can increase the incidence of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin of mice than chemical carcinogens alone.
