摘  要:教学是一所学校的中心工作,是一所学校存在与发展的依据。然而,近年来,受高校评价机制不健全和高校管理过于行政化等因素的影响,高校内部的文凭功利化、职称功利化、科研功利化、行政功利化等等功利化现象日趋严重。在功利化背景下,广大教职员工忙着向有利于实现自己利益最大化的方向发展。随之,作为教师最本质工作的教学失去了应有的地位。在分析高校功利化的主要表现及其对教学工作影响的基础上,进行了相应的对策思考。Teaching is the center work of a university and it is the basis for its existence and development. But in recent years, under the influence of the unsound evaluation system and the strong administration of university management, the phenomenon of utilitarianism of diploma, professional title, scientific research and administration becomes more and more serious. Under such background teachers are busy making the best profit for their own development. In this way teaching as teachers' most essensstial work loses its deserved position. Based on the analysis of the major manifestations of the pragmaticism of colleges and universities and its influence on teaching work, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures.
