摘　　要：目的观察白内障超声乳化吸除联合囊袋内可调节人工晶状体植入术的远期疗效。方法 91例(122只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合植入Tetraflex可调节人工晶状体,观察术后6、12、24个月的术眼视力、调节幅度(D)、手术中及术后并发症。结果术后6、12、24个月全部术眼获得良好的裸眼远近视力、最佳矫正远视力,且70岁以下患者的术眼视力提高明显高于70岁以上患者的术眼视力。全部术眼均可获得较大的调节幅度,即使在远期仍可提供一定的调节力。全部病例术中及术后随访期间无晶状体囊膜皱缩、囊袋纤维化、后囊膜混浊等并发症发生。结论 Tetraflex可调节人工晶状体的眼内植入术安全、可靠、无特殊并发症,具有良好的功能性远中近全程视力,且患者可获得较大的调节幅度,即使在远期仍可提供一定的调节力,但是70岁以上组远期的调节力和屈光状态有下降趋势。Objective To observe long-term clinical outcomes of joint capsular bag phacoemulsification and adjustable intraocular lens implantation for cataract.Methods The whole group of 91 cases(122 eyes) with senile cataract underwent phacoemulsification joint implant adjustable intraocular lens(Tetraflex) implantation.Visual acuity,accommodation amplitude and operative complications were followed up at 6,12,and 24 months.Results Uncorrected distance and near visual acuity and best corrected distance visual acuity were significantly improved in all patients.The maximal benefits were observed among patients over 70 years old.Accommodation amplitude increased in all patients and remained functioning at 24 months.There was no aphakic capsular shrinkage,capsular fibrosis or posterior capsule opacification observed.Conclusion Implantation of Tetraflex adjustable intraocular lens is a safe and reliable treatment option for cataract.It improves the visual acuity outcomes and provides patients with relatively large accommodation amplitude even in a long term.The benefits were relatively small in patients older than 70 years of age.
