摘　　要：本文从就业焦虑和父母教养方式的概念界定和实证研究入手,分析两者的关系,提出就业焦虑与父母教养方式研究存在的问题:对象单一,缺乏系统比较和跟踪研究;方法多以描述和定性分析为主,缺乏实证研究;研究工具缺乏统一性;研究情景不够真实,应追求生态化取向。The author discusses the occupational anxiety and parenting style under concept.research on measurement tool,empirical research, collects and concludes information under historic and current situation and then analyses their relationship. This paper holds that subjects focused on seniors which are lacking in doing research on the comparison of object system and follow--up study;the methods are mainly focusing on description qualitative analysis and the lack of empirical research; the research means is lacking in the modernity native applicability;the research scene is
