可吸收固定板坚固内固定结合牙间固定治疗儿童下颌骨骨折12例

摘　　要：目的:探讨可吸收固定板坚固内固定结合牙间固定在儿童下颌骨骨折中的临床疗效。方法:对12例儿童下颌骨骨折患者采用切开复位,可吸收固定板坚固内固定结合牙间固定治疗。结果:12例患者手术切口Ⅰ期愈合,骨折愈合良好,咬合关系正常。结论:可吸收固定板结合牙间固定,在儿童下颌骨骨折复位固定中,能提供足够的稳定和固位,同时对患儿无不良后果,具有重要的临床意义。Objective： To explore ways to absorb the fixed plate of rigid internal fixation combined with the clinical efficacy of interdental jaw fracture in children. Methods： Fractures were treated with open reduction, Absorbable the fixed plate of rigid internal fixation combined with interdental fixation for the treatment of 12 cases of children under the jaw. Results： 12 cases of patients with surgical incision I healing, fracture healing, and normal occlusion. Conclusion： Absorbable the fixed plate combined with interdental fixation, jaw fracture reduction and fixation in children, can provide sufficient stability and solid, no adverse consequences on children, has imoortant clinical sigaifieance.
