摘　　要：综述了二氧化硅介孔薄膜合成的研究进展,重点阐述了以表面活性剂胶束为模板制备二氧化硅介孔薄膜的方法,其中,两相界面外延生长和溶剂蒸发诱导自组装已成为该方法的成功工艺。此外,文章就介孔二氧化硅薄膜在一些领域的应用做了简要陈述,包括在纳米粒子膜反应器、微电子及光电传感器领域等。Advances in the synthesis of mesoporous silica thin films were reviewed. The synthesis methodologies for mesoporous silica thin films based on the template of surfactant micelle were emphatically discussed. Among them, the phase interface epitaxial growth and solvent evaporation induced self - assembly became two successful techniques of this method. Moreover, a brief statement on the application of mesoporous silica films in some areas were proposed, including the reaction device for nanoparticle in the film, microelectronic and optoelectronic sensor, etc.
