八大基点:实现区域高校发展梦的战略引擎

摘　　要：教育梦是中国梦的重要组成部分,也是实现中国梦的重要推力。如何实现区域高校"发展梦",为区域经济社会发展做出贡献,是当前区域高校发展面临的核心问题。文章提出做头脑、做质量、做特色、做服务、做机制、做素质、做文化、做投入等是推进区域高校"发展梦"的战略引擎,对促进区域经济社会发展乃至实现中国梦具有重要的意义。Education dream is an important part of Chinese dream, which is also a cnucai uxlw-~ to achieve the dream. How to realize ＂development dream＂ of colleges and universities, and make contributions to the regional economy is a core problem confronting the development of the local colleges and universities. The author proposed eight principal points, including that the innovation of ideals, the enhancement of teaching quality, the formation of uniqueness, the improvement of service, the perfection of education system, the cultivation of campus culture and as well as the education investment. All the points above are regarded as strategies to realize the ＂development dream＂. It has important significance to promote regional economic and social development and realize the Chinese dream.
