摘　　要：近年来消毒剂在植物组织培养中已得到广泛的应用,但控制污染仍是该技术面临的主要问题.通过对化学消毒剂和生物消毒剂的消毒机制及特点的分析,提出了多种消毒剂配合使用、采用pH调节等灭菌方法及消毒过程中贯彻环保理念,进一步提高消毒剂在组织培养中的利用效果.In spite of the wide application of disinfectant in plant tissue culture in recent years, the pollution has been a serious headache faced with the technology. Analysis is made of the mechanism, character of chemical and biological disinfectants, finding the corresponding countermeasures being that： combined use of several disinfectants, sterilization by means of pH regulation, and environmental protection concepts taken into consideration during disinfectant use so as to improve effect of disinfectants in plant tissue culture.
