乳腺癌组织CK5/6 HIF-1α的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究CK5/6、HIF-1α在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测正常乳腺、三阴性乳腺癌及非三阴性乳腺癌组织中CK5/6、HIF-1α的表达情况。结果 1)三阴性乳腺癌组及非三阴性乳腺癌组织组中CK5/6、HIF-1α的表达明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05);2)三阴性乳腺癌组中CK5/6、HIF-1α的表达明显高于非三阴性乳腺癌组织组(P<0.05);3)乳腺癌组中CK5/6在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达与患者年龄、月经状态、肿瘤分期、肿瘤大小和淋巴结累及情况均无关;4)三阴性乳腺癌组中HIF-1α高表达与乳腺癌组织学分期、临床分期和淋巴结转移关系密切。结论 CK5/6的表达反映了肿瘤的起源,HIF-1α在乳腺癌中的表达程度可能与肿瘤的侵袭进展相关。Objective Immunohistochemical technique was employed to determine expression of CK5/6 and HIF-1αin 50 normal breast tissue,48 triple negative breast carcinomas and 212 non-triple negative breast carcinomas.Results CK5/6 and HIF-1αwas overexpressed in triple negative breast carcinomas and non-triple negative breast carcinomas compared with normal breast tissue（P0.05）.CK5/6 and HIF-1αwas overexpressed in triple negative breast carcinomas compared with non-triple negative breast carcinomas（P0.05）.The expression of CK5/6 was more frequently detected in triple negative breast cancer with no relationship to age,menopausal status,lymphadenopathy,tumor size or stage.The expression of HIF-1αhad close relation to clinical parameters by stages,organization graduation and histology grading metastasized axillary lymph nodes.Conclusion CK5/6 and HIF-1αare overexpressed in triple negative breast cancer.In triple negative breast cancer,expression of CK5/6 suggests its basal-like phenotype,and the increase of HIF-1αexpression may be caused by tumor progression.This study provides a new aspect for the targeting treatment of breast cancer.
