摘　　要：高校食堂是学校工作的重点,必须抓紧抓好。我省高校伙食工作由于地域、物质供求、贫困生比重偏高以及高校办伙模式等诸多方面存在的问题,使得我省高校的办伙实际有别于其他省市高校,就我省高校食堂工作的特点、困难及其对策作浅要分析。Canteen plays a very important role in ensuring the quality of teaching, research, and even the stability of the universities. Based on analyzing the regional characteristic, the current situation and existing difficulties of university canteens in Guizhou, this paper puts forward the effective strategies.
