摘　　要：江苏省总工会课题组经过一年的调查,发现江苏女职工有较高心理压力感受度,抑郁、焦虑、强迫症状、恐怖等因子均分高于全国常模均分,躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、人际关系敏感的阳性率超过15%。其问题产生根源,主要分为社会因素、组织因素、家庭因素和性别因素,解决起来亦需从这四个方面入手。The subject group of general trade unions of Jiangsu province investigated for on year and found out that the female staff of Jiangsu province has strong psychological pressure, suppression, anxiety, obsession, and fear, and all of these emerged more widespreadly than other area. The phenomenon was more physical, much of obsession and suppression and sensitive relationship, the rate of all of those were more than 15 percent. The root of the problem is social factor, organizing factor, solve them, we need to begin with these four factors. family factor, and gender factor. So if we want to
