摘　　要：文章通过香港城市大学和韩国国立釜山大学化学专业的案例分析,阐述了语言环境、科研环境和博士生导师三个方面因素对博士研究生在科研工作上的影响。In this paper,we elaborated the impacts of three aspects,language environment,research and doctoral tutor,on the PhD research work based on case studies from chemistry department of the City University of Hong Kong and Pusan National University（South Korea）.
