瞬康医用胶对兔视网膜毒性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瞬康医用胶（α-氰基丙烯酸酯组织黏合剂）对兔视网膜的毒性。方法18只日本大白兔每只兔随机选择一眼作为实验眼（实验组，n=18），在玻璃体腔内注射瞬康医用胶0．05ml；另一眼作为对照眼（对照组，n=18），注射生理盐水0．05ml。2组均在注射前和注射后规定的时间内行裂隙灯显微镜、间接检眼镜、视网膜电图（ERG）等检查，在实验结束时，摘除眼球进行光学显微镜检查。结果2组术后行裂隙灯显微镜检查均未见异常炎症反应；2组ERG的视杆细胞反应（Rod—R）、Max—R、视锥细胞反应（Cone—R）的b波振幅，振荡电位（Ops）的P，波振幅，30Hz闪烁反应的平均振幅测量数据的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；2组光镜下视网膜各层细胞形态良好、未见明显异常。结论玻璃体内注射少于0．05ml的瞬康医用胶对兔视网膜短期内没有毒性。Objective To investigate the retinal toxicity of intraocular injection of Suneon medical adhesive （ α - eyanoacrylate tissue adhesive） in the rabbit. Methods 18 Japanese albino rabbits were included in the study. One of eyes in each rabbit was randomly selected as the experimental eye （experimental group, n = 18 ） and the opposite eye served as control （ control group, n = 18 ）. The experimental eyes were injected with Suncon medical adhesive 0.05 ml and the control eyes were injected with normal saline. Slit- lamp microscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy, electroretinogram were performed at various time points. The eyes were harvested for histopathologic examination at the end of the experiment. Results No apparent inflammatory response was observed in the anterior segment of the experimental and control groups with slit - lamp microscopy. There was no significant difference in b - wave amplitude of rod responses, maximal combined response, and cone response between experimental and control groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in Pa - wave amplitude of oscillatory potentials and mean amplitude of 30 Hz flicker response between experimental and control groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Microscopic structure was normal in both groups. Conclusion Intravitreous injection of Suncon medical adhesive shows no retinal toxicity if the dose is less than 0.05 ml.
