摘　　要：目的分析胃癌组织和癌旁组织miR-155的表达差异及其临床意义。方法收集手术切除的胃癌标本52例，采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织标本miR-155的表达水平，并分析其表达水平与临床病理因素的关系。结果miR-155在胃癌组织中的表达量显著高于其在配对癌旁组织中的表达量（P〈0．05）；淋巴结转移组的表达量高于淋巴结未转移组（P〈0．05）。结论miR-155可能在胃癌发生、发展和转移过程中起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of miR - 155 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 52 pairs of human gastric tissue samples were obtained from patients who underwent surgical resection. The level of miR - 155 in 52 gastric carcinoma samples and the adjacent normal tissue samples was quantified by real - time reverse transcriptase - polymerase chain reaction （ RT - PCR） and the relationship between miR - 155 level and clinical and pathological factors were explored. Results The expression of miR - 155 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly increased than that in the adjacent normal tissues （P 〈 0.05）. The up - regulation expression of miR - 155 was associated with lymph node metastases in gastric carcinoma patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion miR - 155 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
