摘 要:目的分析胃癌组织和癌旁组织miR-155的表达差异及其临床意义。方法收集手术切除的胃癌标本52例,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织标本miR-155的表达水平,并分析其表达水平与临床病理因素的关系。结果miR-155在胃癌组织中的表达量显著高于其在配对癌旁组织中的表达量(P〈0.05);淋巴结转移组的表达量高于淋巴结未转移组(P〈0.05)。结论miR-155可能在胃癌发生、发展和转移过程中起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of miR - 155 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 52 pairs of human gastric tissue samples were obtained from patients who underwent surgical resection. The level of miR - 155 in 52 gastric carcinoma samples and the adjacent normal tissue samples was quantified by real - time reverse transcriptase - polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR) and the relationship between miR - 155 level and clinical and pathological factors were explored. Results The expression of miR - 155 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly increased than that in the adjacent normal tissues (P 〈 0.05). The up - regulation expression of miR - 155 was associated with lymph node metastases in gastric carcinoma patients (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion miR - 155 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
