摘 要:目的探讨古钩藤水提液对小鼠实验性高血糖的影响。方法建立链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶诱导小鼠高血糖模型,按高、中、低剂量的古钩藤水提液灌胃给药,空白对照组和模型对照组给予等体积的生理盐水,阳性对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍、格列本脲,观察给药后小鼠血糖的变化。结果给药前模型对照组、格列本脲组、古钩藤高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组5组之间血糖值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药后古钩藤高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组血糖值均明显低于链脲佐菌素模型对照组(P<0.05)。给药前模型对照组、二甲双胍组,以及古钩藤高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组5组之间血糖值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药后古钩藤高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组血糖值均明显低于四氧嘧啶模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论古钩藤水提液对链脲佐菌素致高血糖小鼠和四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠都有显著降血糖作用。Objective To investigate the effect of aqueous extracts from Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. on blood glucose in mice with experimental hyperglycemia. Methods The mouse models of hyperglycaemia, induced by streptozotocin and alloxan respectively, were established. The model mice were treated with a high-, medium- and low-dosage of aqueous extracts from Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. by garage(high-dosage group,medium-dosage group and low-dosage Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. group). The mice in the blank control group and model control group were given the same volume of normal saline while the mice in the positive control group were given metformin HCL and glibenclamide. The changes of mice' blood glucose were observed among all groups after administration. Results There was no significant difference in the blood glucose level among model control group,glibenclamide group, and high-,medium-and low-dosage Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. groups before administration(P 〉0.05);After administration,the blood glucose levels in the high-,medium- and low-dosage Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. groups were significantly lower than that in the streptozotocin-induced model control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ]'here was no significant difference in the blood glucose level among model control group,nletformin HCL group,and high-,medium- and low-dosage Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. groups before administration(P 〉0. 05);After administration,the blood glucose levels in the high-,medium- and low-dosage Cryptolepis buchananii Roan. et Schult. groups were significantly lower than that in the alloxan-induced model control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Aqueous extracts of Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. has significantly hypoglycemic effect on the mice with experimental hyperglycemia induced by alloxan or srteptozotonic.
