蒙特利尔认知评估量表中文版应用于2型糖尿病患者的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的评价蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）中文版应用于2型糖尿病患者的信效度。方法采用MoCA量表中文版等对203例住院2型糖尿病患者进行调查，对结果进行信效度、敏感度及特异度分析。结果MoCA在2型糖尿病中Cronbach＇s α系数为0．782，各因子与总量表的相关系数为0．330～0．669（P〈0．01），采用正交旋转主成分分析法进行因子分析，提取公因子4个，累计贡献率为80．502％，各项目在相应因子上有较满意的因子载荷量（P〉0．5），敏感性为98．55％、特异性为91．39％。结论MoCA是一个信效度较好，高特异性和敏感度的测试工具，可作为2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍的测定筛查工具。Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale （MoCA） in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Totally 203 patients with diabetes were investigated with MoCA. The reliability,validity, sensitivity and specificity were analyzed. Results The Cronbach＇s α of MocCA in type 2 diabetes patients was 0.782. The correlation coefficient between each factor and the total score ranged from 0.330 to 0.669. Four factors were extracted by main principle analysis,the cumulative contribution was 80.50%. The factor loading of each item was all over 0.5. The sensitivity was 98.55% and the specificity was 91.39%. Conclusion MoCA has been proved to be a reliable and valid screening tool with high sensitivity and specificity for cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes.
