摘  要:目的分析比较闽产玳玳果中有机酸种类及不同生长季节玳玳果中有机酸含量。方法运用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液[0.01 mol.L-1(NH4)2HPO4,磷酸调pH 2.2]-甲醇(98∶2)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果玳玳果中主要含有柠檬酸、L-苹果酸、酒石酸、草酸等有机酸,其中柠檬酸含量最高;玳玳果中有机酸的含量随生长成熟期的变化而表现出差异。结论首次明确了玳玳果中主要有机酸的种类,建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定玳玳果中主要有机酸含量的方法,比较了不同生长季节玳玳果主要有机酸含量变化,为玳玳果药用价值的深入开发研究提供了实验基础。Objective Analyze and compare the type of organic acid in Citrus Aurantium L.var daidai Tanaka fruits produced in Fujian and the organic acid content in different growing season.Methods Using Agilent TC-C18 colμmn(250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm) was used and mobile phase was 0.01 mol.L-1(NH4) 2HPO4 solution containing 2% methanol with pH2.2 at 1.0 ml/min flow speed,detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Results Citrus Aurantium L.var daidai Tanaka Fruits are mainly consisted of citric acid,malic acid,tartaric acid,oxalic acid and other organic acids;Citric acid is the main organic acids of it.The content of organic acids in fruit shows differences in the different mature fruit.Conclusion Firstly clear the main type of organic acid in DaiDai fruit,build a method to determine the content of organic acid,and also compare the content changes in different growing season,and provide a scientific experiment basis to the deeper development study of the medicinal value.
