摘 要:目的运用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法研究叠鞘石斛与石斛药典收载品种的脂溶性成分,为叠鞘石斛的开发利用提供参考。方法采用有机溶剂法提取脂溶性成分,运用GC-MS进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果初步鉴定出95种化合物,其中分别从叠鞘石斛、金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛、流苏石斛中分析鉴定出33、55、37、36种化合物,四者脂溶性成分在组成和相对含量上均有一定差异。结论首次采用GC-MS联用技术对叠鞘石斛与药典收载品种金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛、流苏石斛进行对比研究,为叠鞘石斛的进一步开发利用提供了一定的理论基础。Objective To analyze lipophilic constituents between Dendrobium aurantiacum Rchb.f.var.denneanum(Kerr.) Z.H.Tsi and pharmacopeia species,so as to provide references for the application of it.Methods Organic solvent extraction method were used,and the lipophilic constituents was isolated and identified by GC-MS.The constituents were identified by their mass spectra.The relative percentage of the volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas.Results Ninety-five components were characterized,including thirty-three from D.aurantiacum Rchb.f.var.denneanum(Kerr.) Z.H.Tsi,fifty-five from D.nobile Lindl.,thity-seven from D.chrysotoxum Lindl.and thirty-six from D.fimbriatum Hook.There are some difference in the inner chemical compositon whether in kind or content.Conclusion This paper reports,for the first time,the composition of lipophilic constituents between D.aurantiacum Rchb.f.var.denneanum(Kerr.) Z.H.Tsi and pharmacopeia species,which lays a solid foundation of prevail the application of D.aurantiacum Rchb.f.var.denneanum(Kerr.) Z.H.Tsi.
