摘  要:为了提高存储测试系统的准确性和稳定性,设计了基于FPGA的数据采集及存储测试系统,系统主要由FPGA处理器XC3S500E、FLASH存储器K9K2G08U0M、传感器单元、调理电路、模数转换AD7492和USB接口等组成;处理器通过对FLASH无效块的管理和有限状态机的方法完成了对FLASH的读写控制软核,并对输入频率为100Hz的标准正弦信号进行了测试,验证了读写控制软核具有快速和准确的性能;通过对冲击波超压进行实验,得到了预期的效果,表明整个系统具有较强的数据采集、处理、存储、读取及传输能力,对于提高特殊环境下的测试性能具有重要意义。In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the storage test system, the data acquisition and storage test system based on FPGA was designed, and the system was composed of FPGA processbr XC3S500E, FLASH memory KgK2G08UOM, sensor unit, condition- ing circuits, analog to digital conversion AD7492 and USB interface. The processor completed the reading and writing control soft--core of FLASH by the invalid block management of FLASH and Finite--state Machine. And the standard 100Hz sinusoidal signal as the input of system was tested, which verified the reading and writing control soft--core had a fast and accurate performance. The desired result came out through overpressure test that showed that the whole system had a strong data acquisition, processing, storage, reading and transmission capabilities, which had a great significance for improving the performance of the test under special circumstances.
