摘  要:研究一种斩波式串行通信接口;针对主从测控系统下位机现场供电不便的问题,设计一种馈电与数据共线的斩波式异步串行通信接口,由上位机向下位机馈电,同时接口利用晶体管饱和阶段将馈电线电压强行拉低至一定值实现"0"信号的传输,截止阶段馈电线电压恢复为较高值实现"1"信号的传输,从而实现在馈电线上同时传输数据;使用Proteus软件仿真测试,结果显示当上位机向下位机提供80mA直流时能可靠传输0.6k字节的批量数据,提供50mA直流时能可靠传输2k字节的批量数据;该接口在某电力部门远程测控系统中试用,并经模拟雷电干扰试验,证明下位机馈电正常、数据传输可靠、抗干扰能力强,具有较强实用性。An asynchronous serial communication interface based on chopped wave is studied. It is aimed at that the slaver' s power supply is inconvenient in the test and control system based on the structure of master and slaver. The power supply and data transmission are via the same line. The feed power is from the master to the slaver. At the same time, the interface forces the voltage of the power feed line to some lower value in order to transmit signal 0 when the transistor saturates. When the transistor cuts off, the voltage of the power feed line recovers the higher value in order to transmit signal 1. By this way, the feed power line can be transmitted the data at the same time. It is simulated and tested by Proteus. The results show that six hundred bytes are transmitted reliably when the current is 80mA DC, and two thousand bytes are transmitted beliably when the current is 50mA DC. The interface has been tested in the remote test and control system of a power department, and is experimented by the simulated thunder and lighting. It is provided that the feed power of the slaver is normal, and the data transmission is reliable, and the ability of anti--disturbance is strong. The interface has the stronger practicality.
