牵正散加味结合面神经肌肉电针治疗面神经麻痹疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:比较用牵正散加味结合面神经肌肉分布取穴与传统取穴电针治疗面神经麻痹疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予牵正散加味结合面神经分布取穴与传统取穴电针治疗,治疗4个疗程观察比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈率76.47%,总有效率94.12%;对照组治愈率50%,总有效率70.59%,二者经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:牵正散加味结合面神经肌肉分布取穴电针治疗面神经麻痹疗效明显优于传统取穴电针治疗。Objective ： To compare the effect of Qianzheng Powder and electroacupuncture therapy for facial palsy with traditional electroacupuncture therapy. Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, anti were given Qianzheng Powder combining with eleetroacupuncture and traditional electroacupuncture treatment respectively.We compared the effect of the observation group and the control group after four courses of treatment. Results ： The cure rates of observation group and control group were 76.47% （total effective rate 94.12% ）and 50% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of Qianzheng Powder combining with electroacupnncture was superior to traditional electroacuouncture treatment.
