栀子兰色素可能为栀子粉末外用抗炎消肿时的活性物质

摘　　要：传统中药山栀子中的环烯醚萜成分及尼平 ( genipin)与甘氨酸反应可形成兰色色素 ,初步药理实验显示 ,该兰色色素对小鼠具有抗炎和镇痛作用。推测栀子兰色素可能为民间将栀子粉末外用抗炎消肿时的活性物质。To study relationship between Gardenia blue pigment and amti inflammatory effect of fruits of Gardenia jasminoides .Methods:Blue pigments were derived from glycine and iridoid compounds genipin and mussaenoside.Anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of the blue pigments were evaluated in mice at dosages of 25 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg,respectively.Results:Blue pigment 1 exhibited anti inflammatory and analgesic effects,blue pigment 2 exhibited anti inflammatory effect,and the effect was much stronger than that of mussaenoside.Conclusion:These blue pigments may contribute to the therapeutic role of fruits of Gardenia jasminoides when the powder of which were used externally to subside swelling in folk medicine.
