蛇毒酶对帕金森氏病和帕金森综合征的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的　研究观察蛇毒酶治疗帕金森氏病 ( PD)、帕金森综合征 ( PS)的临床效果　方法　对 82例 PD和 PS患者进行随机分组 ,A组应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶 ,B组应用东菱克栓酶 ,C组应用力源精纯溶栓酶 ;对每例病人进行治疗前后 Webster记分和记录多巴制剂的递减 /递增量 ,同时检测血液流变学和血凝学 5项指标 ,并给予统计比较　结果　A组病例不论是临床症状的改善 ,还是多巴制剂的用量递减、血液流变学和血凝学指标变化均优于 B、Objective To observe the clinic treatment effective on Parkinson's disease(PD), and Parkinson's syndrome(PS) with Ophoitoxinases Methods 82 cases with Parkinson's desease and Parkinson's syndrome were random divided into 3 groups, A group treated with Ahalysantinfarctase,B group treated with Batroxobin,C group treated with Defibrase Each patients have must recorded his score on his conditions by Webster means and take notes the amout of Dopamine medicine adds/reduce after and before treating with Ophoitoxinases At this time,the homorrheology and the 5 items values of hemoagglution were measured and to companied with that of coutrol group Results The results showed that the treatment effective of the A group with Ahalysantinfarctase was more better than other groups in clinics changer,the amouts of taking Dopamedicine and the 5 items values of hemoagglution and the homorrheology Conclusion The author discussed on the phenomenons with literaturs,and suggested that the effectives of treating have relations with the declined in focal blood flow of the basal ganglia
