摘　　要：农村青年创业对于提高农村收入和解决就业问题有着重要的意义,特别是农村青年创办企业,在组织农村劳动力市场化、标准化,参与社会分工,促进资源整合,确保社会和谐稳定方面具有举足轻重的作用。农村青年要遵循以市场为导向,坚持效益优先;以能力为基石,发挥对比优势;以服务为宗旨,形成品牌特色;以法律为准绳,强化合法经营等原则,采取联营承包组建现代农业企业、技术合作创办有机农业企业、村民家庭合作创办休闲旅游企业、专业农户合作创办城市绿化企业、资源合作创办产业配套企业等路径进行创业。The rural youth entrepreneurship has important significance to improve rural income and solve the employment problem, espe-cially in the rural youth business start-ups, the organization of rural labor market standardization, participation in the social division of labor, promotion of the resource integration, and social harmony and stability. The rural youth should follow the market, adhere to the priority of benefit, and use their capacities and comparative advantage as cornerstones. The rural youth should also follow its principle of service, and form enterprise brand characteristics while taking law as the criterion, strengthening business legitimization. The business can take the form of joint venture, technical cooperation of organic agricultural enterprises, co-founded leisure tourism enterprises for vil-lage families, cooperated wban green enterprises for professional farmers, and industry-supported enterprises for resource co-operations, etc.
