摘  要:立足新升格本科院校理工科专业实际、特点,改革与构建学生专业能力递进式人才培养模式:以社会需求为导向,以培养应用型人才为宗旨,以学生专业应用能力培养作为工作主线,以学生专业能力培养模式改革为着力点,形成特色鲜明的专业能力体系结构、递进式理工科专业能力培养方案和专业能力培训机制等。培养模式对提高新升格本科院校理工科专业学生的专业能力,乃至应用人才培养质量起到积极的促进作用,并为同类院校的理工科专业人才培养模式改革提供积极的参考。Based on the reality and characteristics of science and engineering majors in newly upgraded u- niversities, this paper studies the reforming and construction of progressive talents cultivating mode of professional competence. Taking social needs as the guidance, cultivating applied talents as the aim, cultivating students'pro- fessional application ability as the working mainline, the research aims to form a distinctive professional competence system, a progressive training program for professional competence of science and engineering majors, and a profes- sional competence training system. The cultivating mode will play a promoting role in enhancing professional com- petence of students majoring in science and engineering in newly upgraded universities, and improving the quality of talents cultivating. It will also provide positive reference for reforming talents cultivating mode of science and en- gineering majors in similar universities.
