摘　　要：观察了KM小鼠睾丸曲细精管中各级生精细胞的形态大小,并采用显微放射自显影和组织化学方法,定性检测了各级生精细胞中DNA、RNA和糖元的含量与分布,为小鼠生殖生理学研究提供了基础资料。The morphology of spermatogenic cells of contorted seminiferous tubules in different stages in KM mice was observed, and the levels and distributions of DNA, RNA and glycogen in the spermatogenic cells in different stages were also analysed qualitatively by using histochemical methods and autoradiography. The results might serve as basic data for researching on physiology of reproduction in mice.
