摘  要:目的研究桦褐孔菌中羊毛脂烷型三萜类化学成分。方法采用体积分数为95%乙醇回流提取,并依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取;将乙酸乙酯萃取物分别采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS开放柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC进行化学成分的分离,并根据理化性质及1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、DEPT、HSQC、HMBC、HHCO-SY、NOESY等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从桦褐孔菌乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到了6个化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为羊毛甾醇(1)、inotodiol(2)、3β-hydroxy-lanosta-8,24-diene-21-al(3)、inonotsuoxide A(4)、inonot-suoxide B(5)和trametenolic acid(6)。结论分析总结了6个羊毛脂烷型三萜类同系物的色谱行为、理化性质和波谱数据等方面的规律,并首次报道化合物inonotsuoxide A和inonotsuoxide B的DEPT和HSQC谱。Objective To study the lanostane tetracyclic triterpenoids in Inonotus obliquus. Methods The powered materials was extracted with 95% EtOH and the extracts was separated by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n- butanol successively to 4 parts. The ethyl acetate extracts was luther isolated by silica gel, ODS, sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatograph to obtain the compounds. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy(1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, HSQC, HMBC, HHCOSY and NOESY). Results 6 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of I. obliquus. They were identified as lanosterol(1), inotodiol(2), 3β- hydroxy-lanosta-8, 24-diene-21-al ( 3 ), inonotsuoxide A (4), inonotsuoxide B ( 5 ) and trametenolic acid ( 6 ) respectively. Conclusion The chromatographical trait, physicochemical properties and spectroscopical pattern of the the compounds were analysised. DEPT and HSQC of inonotsuoxide A(4) and inonotsuoxide B(5) were reported for the first time.
