摘　　要：目的观察α-enolase在大肠癌中的表达情况及意义,探讨其与大肠癌发生发展及转移的关系。方法采用液质联用技术对18例大肠癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织进行蛋白质谱的检测、鉴定和分析,并通过免疫蛋白印迹实验进一步确证。结果α-enolase在大肠癌组织中表达高于癌旁正常组织。结论高表达的α-enolase可能与大肠癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance ofα-enolase in the colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues.And to discuss its relation to the development and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of α-enolase was detected by two-dimensional and mass spectrometry method in the colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues for 18 cases.And we made use of western blot to verify the accuracy.Results We found α-enolase expressed increased significantly in colorectal cancer compared with adjacent normal tissues.Conclusion α-enolase expressed increased in colorectal cancer may have close relationship with the development of tumor.
