摘　　要：在西方伦理学发展史上,公正思想的展开具有鲜明的逻辑进路。古代西方伦理学热衷于从社会层面讨论公正问题;近代西方伦理学热衷于从个人层面讨论公正问题;古代和近代西方公正思想都把公正理解为一种内在的美德,而现代西方则把公正思想推向了外在的制度层面。There has a quite distinct logical process about theories of justice in the history of Western Ethic. Philosophers in ancient Greek had a preference for social dimensions of justice; while Ethicists in ear- ly modern times intended to solve problems in individual dimensions of justice. There is a common point between theories in these two different times that justice is some kind of inner virtue. In contrast, dimensions of external rules are special viewpoints of late modern research on justice.
